Go to the "Record OGM" prompt (option 05) and press [0]. WHEN MAKING A GREETING MESSAGE: 1. Include instructions for callers to press the appropriate key (1-4) corresponding to the desired mailbox. E. g. , "To leave a message for Tom, press 2; to leave a message for Melissa, press 3. " 2. Leave a few seconds of silence at the end of your greeting to give callers time to make their selection. This is because callers must make a mailbox selection before the "record now" beep. Greetings Menu 1 ­ Repeat 6 ­ Record 8 ­ Menu The recorded memo is played. The system returns to the Main Menu. About the System Time The internal clock is used to time-stamp all messages. Although TeleSMART will indicate this as an option, iCenter will always provide system time to the TeleSMART. This menu should only be used with a 6139T TeleSMART Touchpad to set or view the system's time setting. How to Set the System Time PROGRAM MODE 07 SYSTEM TIME SYSTEM TIME SUN 12:00AM SET TIME?Press [] until the correct day of the week appears, then press [0] to select it. Go to the "System Time" prompt (option 07) and press [0]. ENTER HOUR -- (01=12) ENTER MINUTES -- (00-59) ENTER AM/PM - 1AM 2PM 5. Enter the current hour (use 2-digit entries; e. g. , 09 for 9 o'clock). Enter the "AM" or "PM" setting by pressing "1" for AM or "2" for PM. The system automatically advances to the next prompt. SYSTEM TIME SUN 12:00AM 8. The system displays the day and time, then automatically returns to the "Set Time" prompt described above. About Caller ID Displays and Announcements TeleSMART can provide Caller ID information if you subscribe to Caller ID service from your telephone provider. Caller ID Display and Announcement options let you: · display Caller ID information at TeleSMART touchpads · announce Caller ID information at the touchpad and/or auxiliary speaker · set the auxiliary speaker volume. Any part of the system, including the wiring, installed under this Agreement which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within 90 days of the date of completion of installation will be repaired or replaced at ADT's option with a new functionally operative part. Labor and material required to repair or replace such defective components or to make mechanical adjustments to the system will be free of charge for a period of 90 days following the completion of the original installation. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the system and may be enforced only by such person. To obtain service under this warranty, call or write our local ADT Service Department at the telephone number or address found in your local yellow pages. Service pursuant to the warranty will be furnished only during ADT's normal working hours 8:00A. M. Services rendered outside the normal working hours of ADT are not within the scope of this warranty and any services requested to be performed at such times shall be charged for at ADT's then applicable rates for labor and material. This warranty does not apply to the conditions listed below, and in the event customer calls ADT for service under the warranty and upon inspection it is found that one of these conditions has led to the inoperability or apparent inoperability of the system, a charge will be made for the service call of the ADT representative, whether or not he actually works on the system.
