[. . . ] Insert the Binding Screw into the other side (wiggle again if necessary). Step 3: Tighten the Boot Cleat Adjust Screw* (41) against the bottom of the boot. Be careful not to overtighten this screw or you could deform the bottom of the boot. *This screw is difficult to turn. Step 8: Pull the tool up and over the wheel, and hook it on the frame-side of the rear wheel as shown. Step 4: Attach the Ratchet Clasp(22) to the Ratchet Strap(36) and adjust the brakes*.
