[. . . ] Changing Tubes and Tires
Please refer to the Owner's Manual that came with your skates for other important mechanical, safety, and user information.
Crosskate tires are changed similarly to bicycle tires. [. . . ] Once 1/3 of the bead is pulled over the edge of the rim, slide a lever around the bead to free it from the rim. Use care to ensure that the tube does not get pinched between the tire and the rim.
Installing tubes and tires
Step 1: Remove the valve cap. The valve stem should face away from the frame, and the tread pattern should be oriented the same as the other tires. Step 3: Push tube inside the wheel making sure that it is not twisted or bunched up. Step 4: Place outer bead 1/3 of the way around the rim, and then pry the rest of the bead into place, ensuring that the tube is not pinched between the tire and the rim.
