AF Control (Still) Continuous AF--because the camera is always focusing, Choose an auto-focus setting. Single AF--uses TTL-AF (through-the-lens auto focus) when the Shutter button is pressed halfway down. Ideal for indoor pictures under tungsten or halogen lighting without flash. Exposure Metering Multi-Pattern--evaluates lighting conditions throughout Evaluate light levels at specific the image to give an optimum picture exposure. Center-Weight--evaluates the lighting conditions of the subject centered in the lens. Center-Spot--similar to Center-weight, except the metering is concentrated on a smaller area of the subject centered in the LCD. Using the Setup menu
Use Setup to customize your camera. Press Menu, Setup, then settings to highlight to access Setup Options IMPORTANT: Your camera offers a built-in Help system. See page 40.
Favorite and Upload--pictures/videos are tagged as Favorites and uploaded to your preferred online service when you connect to your computer or network. Favorite--pictures/videos are tagged as Favorites (5-star in EASYSHARE Software, on your computer). Upload--pictures/videos are uploaded to your preferred online service when you connect to your computer or network. Power Save High Power Auto--the camera uses the card if one is in the camera. Internal Memory--the camera always uses internal memory, even if a card is installed. Choose a date option, or turn off the feature.
Share button Choose how pictures/videos are handled when you press the Share button.
NOTE: Some online services limit video file sizes. Use EASYSHARE Software to choose a preferred online service.
LCD Brightness Choose LCD brightness. Red Eye Reduction Preflash--red eye preflash fires before the Choose how you want to reduce red eye. Digital Correction--red eye preflash does not fire; the camera corrects red eye.
