[. . . ] To disconnect Heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet. Do not insert or allow fingers or foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as it may cause an electric shock, fire, or damage the Heater. Do not block or tamper with the Heater in any manner while it is in operation. [. . . ] The Heater may be operated by the manual controls located on the Heater (as shown in Figure 1) or by your remote control (shown in Figure 2). Place the Heater on a firm, level surface, after assembling per this manual. WARNING: Plastic or rubber tabs, like the feet on this unit, may stick to furniture surfaces and/or hardwood floors. The unit may leave a residue that could darken, stain or leave permanent blemishes on the finish of certain furniture surfaces, including wood surfaces, and/ or hardwood floors. When the Heater is initially plugged in, there will be a `beep' and the power light will come on indicating that there is power to the unit. The power light will remain lit until the Heater is unplugged from the electrical outlet. When initially turned on, the Heater will display the current room temperature in ° Fahrenheit. press the ( ) and ( ) buttons at the same time to change the display to ° Celsius. Press the same two buttons together again to change the display back to ° Fahrenheit. Pressing the ( ) Button at this point will set the Heater into LOW heat. To turn the Heater OFF, press the Power Button ( ) and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. Pressing the Oscillation Button ( ) will allow the Heater to oscillate back and forth. The timer function allows you to set the length of operation from 1 hour to 8 hours. pressing the Timer Button ( ) will increase the length of operation by 1 hour each time the button is pressed. [. . . ] STORAGE: Store the Heater with these instructions in the original carton in a cool, dry place. This product is warranted for three years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials. At our option, parts that prove to be defective will either be repaired or replaced or the whole product will be replaced. [. . . ]
