Whenever the TV is power up by the local keyboard, the Child Lock OSD will be displayed on a blank screen and will automatically switch to standby after 5 minutes. Thus, without the remote control keypad, the child will not be able to watch the TV. When the TV is power up by any one button of the remote control keypad, the Child Lock OSD is still displayed with the TV operating as normal.
