D E F D 11 @ # $ 4x K L 12 % 4x K F F ^ 13 & 3 * M F E M N C 14 GB Workbench INTRODUCTION 0980 · Read this instruction manual carefully before use and save it for future reference 1 · Check whether the packaging contains all parts as illustrated in drawing 3 · Only use the parts and accessories supplied; damage due to the use of non-original parts and accessories will be excluded from the warranty · This workbench is not intended to be used for clamping electrical power tools · Never allow anyone who is not familiar with the safety procedures for the workbench to work with it without your supervision · Keep children away from work area · Store the workbench indoors in a dry and locked-up place, out of reach of children · In case of a defect, only use the workbench after it has been repaired USE · Assembling workbench 8 - the sequence of the numbers appearing in the drawing corresponds with the sequence of the steps to be followed for assembling the workbench ! [. . . ] - press both knobs D simultaneously to unlock adjustable clamping jaw E - adjust jaw E to the approximate size of the workpiece - position the workpiece - if necessary, position jaw E closer to workpiece by using knobs D again - clamp the workpiece by tightening both clamping handles F clockwise - for releasing the workpiece simply turn both clamping handles counter-clockwise · In-between clamping blocks @ - always use the in-between clamping blocks to prevent the aluminium from damage !ensure that the workpiece is securely clamped · Worktop clamping blocks # !ensure that the workpiece is securely clamped · Up-clamping function $ - turn knobs K counter-clockwise/clockwise for lowering/pulling up the up-clamping bars L - always turn knobs K simultaneously, so that both sides of the up-clamping bars will be lowered/pulled up uniformly !never load the up-clamping bars with more than 30 kg · Mounting support bars % - use knobs K for clamping support bars J - firmly tighten the support bars at the front (near handles F) TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 2 WORKBENCH PARTS 3 A B C D E F G H J K L M N P Q Unlocking lever Extension frame Guiding rails (extension frame) Unlocking knob Adjustable clamping jaw Clamping handle In-between clamping block Worktop clamping block Support bars Knob for up-clamping Up-clamping bars Spring bolts Leg struts Extension lock Stabilizing lever SAFETY · Ensure that the workbench stands on a firm and nonslippery surface · Never load the worktop with more than 200 kg 4 · Do not attempt to climb onto or stand on the workbench 5 · Place heavy objects calmly on the workbench; do not drop them 6 · Never load the up-clamping bars underneath the jaws with more than 30 kg · Never load the jaws with more than 30 kg when working in angular position · Do not place heavy objects on the edge to prevent the workbench from turning over 7 · Before starting work, ensure that legs and struts are firmly locked · Before working in angular position, ensure that both spring bolts M 3 are locked · Before working in horizontal extended position, ensure that both spring bolts M 3 are locked and both extension locks P 3 are closed · Before starting clamping, ensure that the teeth of adjustable clamping jaw E 3 are firmly locked, so that this jaw cannot be moved 15 - do not firmly tighten the support bars at the back (leave some play, so that clamping jaw E can still be moved) !never load the support bars with more than 30 kg · Unfolding the workbench for use ^ · Folding the workbench for storage & K L M N P Q Bouton de serrage Barres de serrage Boulons ressorts Contrefiches Verrou d'extension Levier stabilisateur APPLICATION ADVICE · Working in angular position * 1 turn both clamping handles F clockwise as far as they will go 2 ensure that both spring bolts M are unlocked 3 unlock leg struts N and place them on the floor 4 mount guiding rails C 5 lock both spring bolts M 6 place adjustable clamping jaw E !in angular position never load the jaws with more than 30 kg SECURITE · Assurez-vous que l'établi se trouve sur une surface ferme et non glissante · Ne chargez jamais l'établi avec plus de 200 kg 4 · Ne tentez pas de grimper ou de vous tenir debout sur l'établi 5 · Déposez les objets lourds doucement sur l'établi;
