Turning the machine on
Youcanpreparethemachineforprogram selectionbypressingthe"On/Off"button. When the"On/Off"buttonispressed, the"Ready"light illuminatesindicatingthatthedoorisulocked. Pressthe"On/Off"buttonagaintoshutdown themachine.

Ifanykeyispressedwhenthemachineisat theendoftheprogramorifthepositionof theselectionknobischanged, the"Program Finished"lightwillgooffandonlythe"Lid"lamp willremainaslit. Ifthedoorisstilllocked, the "Lid"lightwillcontinueflashinguntilthedooris unlocked. Pressthe"On/Off"buttontoshutdownthe machine.
Thereisafilterattheendofeachwaterintake valveatthebacksideofthemachineandalso attheendofeachwaterintakehosewherethey areconnectedtothetap. Thesefiltersprevent theforeignsubstancesanddirtinthewater toenterintothemachine. Filtersshouldbe cleanedastheygetdirty. · Closethetaps.
· Removethenutsofthewaterintakehoses tocleanthesurfacesofthefiltersonthe waterintakevalveswithanappropriate brush. · Ifthefiltersareverydirty, youcanpullthem outbymeansofpliersandcleanthem. · Takeoutthefiltersontheflatendsofthe waterintakehosestogetherwiththegaskets andcleanthoroughlyunderstreamingwater.
